Panama and Dominican Republic go ahead against Mexico and Nicaragua in baseball

The teams from Panama and the Dominican Republic won their matches today in the baseball day of the XXIII Central American and Caribbean Games of Barranquilla after beating Mexico and Nicaragua, respectively.
