Van Gogh’s immersive experience arrives at the Gómez Morin in Querétaro

Querétaro.- Van Gogh Dreams, the virtual reality exhibition with immersive 360-degree perimeter projections and surround sound, arrived at the “Manuel Gómez Morin” Educational and Cultural Center of the State of Querétaro.

People who visit Van Gogh Dreams will delve into works such as The Starry Night, Lilies, The Sunflowers and other large-format replicas, with settings recreated under the artist’s inspiration.
Attendees will be able to enter a fantasy world through virtual reality technology to interact with simulated settings and objects, for example, the Arles room.

The general director of the Center, Emanuel Contreras Martínez, pointed out that the intention of presenting this exhibition is for people to be able to experiment with the works of the Dutch artist in a way that has never been done before in the state.

“In this exhibition, families, boys, girls and all young people will be able to see science, art and technology working simultaneously to enjoy a vivid experience”, he highlighted.

The CECEQ “Manuel Gómez Morin” and Sensea Immersive, offer affordable costs so that everyone can enjoy the immersive exhibition during this season, where children under three years of age do not pay. Tickets are sold directly on the site: www.vangoghdreams.mx

The duration of the tour is approximately 45 minutes in Gallery 2 of the main entrance to Gómez Morin, with no minimum age for access. The hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Thursday and weekends until 9:00 p.m.

Van Gogh Dreams will remain until March 8, 2023.
