An 82-year-old man shot and killed his wife of 79 in his home in the city of Polk (central Florida) and, after informing relatives of his actions, he killed himself with the same weapon, local media reported today. .
The incident occurred last weekend, when Henry Stanecki fired a shot in the head of his wife, Nancy, and then directed the gun at his own head and fired two shots, the Bradenton Herald newspaper said.
