“I’ll tell you something, if Steve Bannon (former Trump adviser) and I had organized that (the assault on the Capitol), we would have won. Not to mention that he would have been armed,” said Taylor Greene, a staunch defender of the conspiracy theory. who defends that the presidential elections were rigged in favor of Joe Biden.
“They say it was all planned and I say, are you kidding? A group of conservatives, defenders of the second amendment (which contemplates the right to own guns), entered the Capitol without weapons, and you think we organized that?” questioned Taylor Greene.
