No time to die will be the longest James Bond movie

Daniel Craig will give life to Agent 007 for the last time in James Bond: With no time to die, the twenty-fifth installment of the Bond saga. A film that is not only advertised as one of the most ambitious of the franchise, but will also be the longest of all, with two hours and 43 minutes.

This is already indicated by the billboards of movie theaters, which have included information about the film for its premiere in April. This extension makes No time to die in the longest of all James Bond movies, with about 15 minutes longer than the 2915 Spectacle delivery, the most extensive to date.

Usually, James Bond movies have a fairly regular duration, which ranges around two hours. Interestingly, Craig will not only star in the longest delivery of all, but also gave life to the secret agent in his shortest film, Quantum of Solace (2018), with an hour and 46 minutes in duration.

In No time to die, Craig’s character, already retired in Jamaica, will be visited by his CIA friend Felix Leither, who will convince him for a final mission. Both will have to face a sinister villain and his latest technology in a delivery that “rediscovers” the mythical character, as recently explained in a video by its director Cary Fukunaga.

Together with Craig, who will play James Bond for the fifth and last time in this film, they complete the cast Ben Whishaw, Ana de Armas, Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Léa Seydoux, Ernst Stavro Blofeld and Rami Malek, who will play the main villain. No time to die will hit theaters on April 2, 2020.
