The American Reilly Opelka wins the Canadian Schnur in the final

The American Reilly Opelka has been awarded the tennis tournament in New York, scoring for the ATP circuit, after beating Canadian Brayden Schjur in the final.

Opelka, who thus achieved the first title of his career as a professional, won his Canadian rival by 6-1, 6-7 (7) and 7-6 (7) in just over two hours of play.

The American player returned to demonstrate a demolishing service with which he got 43 aces, something difficult to overcome for any rival.

Schnur, however, was very fighter throughout the match and although he failed to break the service of Opelka, if he managed to force the tiebreaker on two occasions putting his opponent in trouble with a great game from the back of the court, but not it was enough to take the victory. (EFE).
