Base Kyrie Irving had 42 points, LeBron James recovered the form by 34 and the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Boston Celtics 112-99 to clinch just one win to move to the NBA Finals.
The Cavaliers’ win, which lost the third game of the Eastern Conference series that plays to the best of seven, leaves numbers of 3-1, so one more victory would allow them to make the journey to the league final.
The fifth game will be held at the Celtics’ field on Thursday night.
This time James regained his form after scoring just 11 points in the third game. Today he played 38 minutes and scored 34 goals.
Power forward Kevin Love added a double-double of 17 points and 17 rebounds for the Cavaliers.
The Celtics had Avery Bradley as the best scorer with 19 points, forward Jae Crowder added 18 and Al Horford pivoted 16.
Horford played 37 minutes, scored 7 of 11 field shots, including 1 of 3 3-pointers, 1-of-2 from the lineup, got three rebounds and seven assists.
