Osceola Clerk Offers Electronic Certified Copies of Court Records

Kissimmee, Florida — Effective July 3, 2019, Criminal and Civil court records will be available via E‑Certify at the Osceola County Clerk of the Courts.  Similar to Official records, which commenced on October 8, 2018, electronic certified copies of court records can be purchased once by a citizen and utilized as many times as desired.

“We are extremely excited to extend this service to court records,” said the Honorable Armando Ramírez, Osceola County Clerk of the Court.  “The public will be able to request certified records from the comfort of their home, office or anywhere they may be and at any time they would like.”

Electronic certified copies can be obtained through the Clerk’s website under the “Services” tab, as well as in person at the Clerk’s Office.  Clerk E-Certify generates documents in a tamper-proof PDF format with an embedded digital signature that ratifies authenticity and authorship of the Osceola County Clerk of the Court.  Verification of electronic certified copies can be made through a secure web portal or by scanning a QR code that allows the download of the original document from the Clerk’s repository for an online side-by-side comparison.  Registered users, who are individuals that are subscribed to internet view of electronic records with the Osceola Clerk, will be able to utilize the same login information to access certified copies of court records.  Access to court records will be granted according to the role of a registered user.

Customers with questions or general inquiries about obtaining electronic certified copies of court records, should promptly contact the Recording Department at (407) 742-3517, Civil Department at (407) 742-3479 or the Criminal Department at (407) 742-3566.
