His words come shortly after both South Korea and Ukraine have denounced the sending of the first 1,500 North Korean troops to Russia for their subsequent deployment in the framework of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, an issue that has set off all the alarms regarding the growing military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.
