The tycoon assures that he will begin to provide evidence of this accusation this coming Sunday
Elon Musk, owner of the social network X, has denounced that the judge of the Supreme Court of Brazil Alexandre de Moraes has broken the national law by ordering the suspension of the platform as retaliation for not appointing a legal representative in the South American giant in the framework of the long confrontation between the magistrate and the South African tycoon.
Musk has assured that he will begin to publish, starting tomorrow Sunday, the “long list of crimes” committed by the magistrate, accompanied by a list of “the Brazilian laws that he has broken” with his ruling.
“It is clear that he does not have to comply with the laws of the United States, but he must comply with those of his own country,” Musk declared in a chain of messages published on his account on the social network, where he accused the magistrate of being “a dictator and a fraud.”
“The people of Brazil will know of their crimes. No matter how hard they try to prevent it,” the tycoon added, before assuring that “X is the most used news source in Brazil and it is what people want.”
The tycoon announced almost two weeks ago the “immediate” closure of the company’s subsidiary in Brazil due to the “censorship orders” of De Moraes, whom he called “a disgrace to Brazilian Justice.”
The judge had ordered the blocking of certain accounts of “digital militias” investigated for spreading fake news during the Government of Jair Bolsonaro (2019-2022), but these orders were not complied with.
Musk is being investigated for the alleged commission of the crimes of obstruction of justice, criminal organization and incitement to crime, according to a statement.
