Star of the Seas, the sister ship of the largest ship in history, will set sail in August 2025 from Florida

Royal Caribbean International’s Star of the Seas cruise ship, the largest ship in the Icon class along with the Icon of the Seas, will begin sailing in August 2025 from Port Canaveral (Florida, United States) with the experiences characteristic of this type of ship, according to a statement.

Thus, this ship will have, in addition to the novelties of its predecessor, new options such as the Lincoln Park Supper Club restaurant, a gastronomic experience inspired by Chicago in the 1930s.

In addition, the deck will include six water slides, six pools, the Surfside neighborhood, designed for young families, and what will be one of the only two infinity pools suspended at sea, The Hideaway, for adults only.

“Star of the Seas is the bold second act in this exciting new era of vacationing that was first introduced with Icon of the Seas and is bringing the world’s best vacations to another world-class resort destination,” said Michael Bayley, President and CEO, Royal Caribbean International.

Advance reservations for Star of the Seas’ seven-night voyages are now available on Royal Caribbean’s website.
