The Bolivian Justice has issued this Friday preventive detention for a period of six months for General Juan José Zúñiga and two other soldiers, accused of terrorism and armed uprising against the State, for the attempted coup d’état that took place on Wednesday .
Justice considers that there is a risk of “flight and obstruction” on the part of Juan José Zúñiga, Juan Arnez Salvador and Edison Alejandro Irahola Caero, sentenced to six months of preventive detention for “the serious crimes of terrorism and armed uprising against security and sovereignty of the State”.
