At least five people have died from shots fired by an armed man at a home in the US state of Texas (United States), as reported by the Police to ABC News.
The individual fired the shots with an AR-15 assault rifle at around 11:31 p.m. local time in the town of Cleveland, about 75 kilometers from the city of Houston, according to the San Jacinto County Police.
The suspect, who allegedly fired the shots while intoxicated, has been identified as “a Hispanic male approximately 5’7″ tall who was last seen wearing jeans, a black shirt and work boots, with short hair and black,” according to the police description.
Police did not reveal the identity, ages or possible relationship of the deceased to the suspect, but confirmed that the shooting took place at a home and that four of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The fifth was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.
