Microsoft has announced the popularity of its Office 365 package starting April 21, a change that will be accompanied by advanced features and new personal and family subscription plans.
Office 365 will become Microsoft 365 from April 21, and will offer access to a set of applications and services that can be used on devices on different platforms, such as Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
The technology company expands its office suite with new artificial intelligence, content and cloud-based experiences. Specifically, two of the new features that Microsoft 365 will incorporate are a family security mobile application and new Teams features, as reported in a statement.
Together, Microsoft 365 offers access to Office applications, 1TB of storage on OneDrive, 60 minutes of Skype calls, advanced security features and technical support. It will be available in personal and family subscription modalities (with access for up to six members), for $ 6.99 and $ 9.99, respectively.
