Miami.- Selena Gómez and J Balvin today announced their first collaboration together, a song titled “I Can not Get Enough”, which will be released next week.
In publications on their social networks, both Balvin and Gómez published advertising photos with producers Benny Blanco and Tainy, who worked with them on the subject.
They also revealed that “I Can not Get Enough” can be heard on Apple Music and Spotify digital platforms starting on February 28.
In a statement to the Billboard magazine, during the rehearsals of Premio Lo Nuestro in Miami (USA), the Colombian Balvin assured that the theme “will be a great worldwide success”.
Their confidence could be based on the quality of the producers, who are responsible for more than 100 million discs in sales, according to Billboard.
Benny Blanco has worked with artists such as Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Kanye West and Selena Gómez herself, among others.
For his part, Tainy has a career that includes hits from artists as diverse as Wisin and Yandel, Don Omar, Ivy Queen, Jennifer Lopez and Janet Jackson.
“I Can not Get Enough” is the second participation of Texan Selena Gómez in the Latin urban genre. In September 2018 he was part of the quartet that collaborated in the success “Taki Taki”. She was accompanied by Cardi B., Ozuna and DJ Snake.
For his part, J Balvin has collaborated with Cardi B., in “I like it like this”, in which Bad Bunny also participated, and with Beyoncé, with which he made the remix of “Mi gente”.
Other Anglophile artists who have joined the phenomenon of Latin music have been Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato and Drake, among others.
The Colombian Álvaro Osorio Balvin, known as J Balvin, has twelve nominations for the Lo Nuestro Awards, which are granted by public vote, will be presented at a gala on Thursday in Miami and will be broadcast by Univision.
