The Heat had just their second win in the last 10 games, but remain sub-leaders in the Southeast Division.

The Grizzlies reached nine straight losses and are second-to-last in the Southwest Division, with only half a game ahead of the Dallas Mavericks, who are at the bottom of that group.

Andrew Harrison had 17 points as a leading scorer and was supported by Deyonta Davis, who was 14, and by Jamychal Green, who recorded double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds.

The Spanish power forward Marc Gasol did not play by decision of the coach, who decided to give him rest.
