Luis Miguel opens two new dates at the National Auditorium of Mexico

The singer Luis Miguel, with more than 100 million albums sold, opened two new dates to add five next February at the National Auditorium in Mexico City, organizers reported today.

When tickets for the concerts of February 21, 22 and 23 were sold out, Luis Miguel added presentations for the 27 and 28 of the same month in the National Auditorium, which has a capacity for 10,000 spectators.

The concerts in the National Auditorium represent the beginning of the world tour that the interpreter of “The unconditional” and “I do not know” announced recently and that will mark his return to the stage after some controversial cancellations for health reasons.

After seven years of record silence, the performer released last November 24th “La Fiesta del Mariachi”, an album in which he again approaches mariachi, a Mexican musical genre that has given him such success in the past.

The album was immediately placed at the top of the Latin American charts.

Considered one of the most important Mexican singers of the last years, Luis Miguel has obtained diverse prizes, among them five Grammy and four Latin Grammys.
