Four Disney Hotels in Orlando Become Friends of Dogs

The Disney hotel chain will launch a pilot program on four of its hotels in the Orlando area of Florida on October 15 to satisfy dog lovers and their pets.

The program allows guests of the Yacht Club Resort, Port Orleans Resort-Riverside, Art of Animation Resort and Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, all of which are close to Orlando theme parks, to have a maximum of two dogs per room.

The extra cost to be paid is $ 50 per night, except at the Yacht Club Resort, where it will cost $ 75, according to a statement released today by Walt Disney World Hotels.

The new four-legged clients of the hotels mentioned will have access to outdoor exercise areas and green spaces with special places for them to meet their needs.

They will also feature a welcome packet called Pluto, such as Disney’s animated character, which includes a sleeping mat, food and beverage containers, ID cards, plastic waste bags, and a map of canine areas.

The package also includes a sign to place on the door of the room warning hotel employees that there is a dog housed and should not disturb him.

The statement said that there are dog care centers in the immediate vicinity of hotels and that soon there will be dog products in all four establishments.

In order to be able to lodge next to their masters in the four hotels, the dogs must fulfill a series of conditions of hygiene and health.
